Return Policy

Sara Jean’s strives and works hard to do our best to deliver products you will love; however, we do understand that there are times when a piece doesn’t work out. If you need to make a return, here are some things you will need to know:

We do not offer refunds or exchanges. We Only Offer Store Credit For Returns.

Eligible returns are for Store Credit Only. This also applies to orders being cancelled before items ship, as well as duplicate orders.

We accept returns 14 days from the date of delivery. ITEMS RETURNED AFTER 14 DAYS WILL NOT BE CREDITED OR SHIPPED BACK TO YOU.

Anything purchased at a DISCOUNTED price of at least 25% is FINAL SALE and is NOT eligible for a return. All special sale items (Black Friday, Cyber Monday etc.) are not eligible for return.

All bags/purses, backpacks, makeup, accessories, jewelry, hair accessories, hats/caps, personal hygiene items, swimsuits, bodysuits, bralettes, bras and undergarments are not eligible for return. Ineligible items will be returned to you at your cost.

Items must be returned in NEW condition meaning unworn, unwashed, scent and makeup free, and with tags still attached. This includes smoke, deodorant, and perfume scents. Shoes must be returned in the original box inside of packaging to avoid damage to the shoe box during shipment. DO NOT return with tape and shipping labels stuck to shoe box. If any returned items are found in the above conditions, they are subject to a 50% restocking fee and/or the item being returned to you at your cost.

How to Return Items

You will be responsible for the return costs. You must include your packing slip and/or order number with your return. We will not process your return without this information. We are not responsible for lost returns.

Please allow up to 7 business days after we receive return to receive your store credit.

Damaged/Defective Items:
If you believe you have received a defective item, we must be notified within 3 days of delivery confirmation date, otherwise it is considered wear and tear, NO EXCEPTIONS. Please email us at shopsarajeans@gmail.com with pictures of the defect and order number.
